1 Measure an Existing Ring (Best Method)
Take a ring that already fits the finger you want to wear your new BaliVow piece on.
- Place the ring on a ruler.
- Measure the inside diameter in millimeters (mm).
- Do not include the metal/band itself, just the empty space inside.
Example: If the inside measures 17.3mm, you are a Size 7.

Temperature Matters
Fingers shrink when cold. Measure your finger at room temperature or at the end of the day for the best fit.
Between Sizes?
If you are in between two sizes, we always recommend sizing up. It's better to be a little loose than too tight.
